Agile Software Development

• Customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of useful software;

• Working software is delivered frequently (weeks rather than months);
• Working software is the principal measure of progress;
• Sustainable development, able to maintain a constant pace;

Project Root Directory

Create a “Root Development” directory:

 Example: C:\Zoran\Development

• You should use your username as part of the root directory name because that computer could be used by several individuals.
• Check all the code in that directory.
