This document explains common misunderstandings, and their purpose is to answer some of the questions that you might have.

Do all question type have the branching option? | No. Branching option is available with single choice, multiple-choice and true/false. The multiple-choice
branching is available only if we have combinations of answers. |
The candidates test results are in points not in percentages, how do I change that? | Open “Tests” – “Manage tests” – “Report builder” – Check mark the “Score (%)” – Uncheck the “Points” |
Can a test be published without a “test session”? | No. In order to publish your test, you’ll need to create the test session first, assign candidates, and then
schedule it to be available for taking. |
Can I see which question are my users currently on? | Yes, you can. Open “Test” – “Manage tests” – Select your test – “Monitoring” |
How to disable candidates from cheating? | In the “Create Test Wizard”, there is the option to enable browser lockdown to prevent candidates from
any kind of cheating. It is located in the second step - test settings. |
How do I set my section settings and information? | Open: “Tests” – “New Test” – checkmark the “Test with sections” – navigate to the 4th step “Section” –
press the “Start section wizard” button – application will open the “Section information”, next step will be “Section Settings”. |
