Reports
These are some of the sample reports that the system can provide. Note: many more statistics can be provided, according to the need of each institution.
Comparing Individual Students
Did you ever have problems with monitoring individual students’ progress during a certain time period? Are parents requesting to know why their child’s grades are bad? It can all be monitored through our system and explanation is provided through these reports. As it can be seen in this example chart, each student’s performance is carefully archived and can be compared later.
Grade Breakdown
Pie charts are a commonly used tool for graphic visualization of grade breakdowns in the system. In this manner, each grade has its representation in the whole picture.
Success Ratio Comparison
Charts can also be a useful way of categorizing questions – in case professors are unsure whether the question is a hard or medium difficulty one, they can always check the ratio of correct/incorrect answers as well as the percentage of students who did not answer the question at all.
Single Student Report
This type of charts can be used in official student ending reports. It can show how well did a student perform and how many ups and downs they had at a certain time period. Also, it might be available on the school’s website for students and parents to review at any moment. The report types are different based on the time period (per day, per week, per month, per test, per year, etc.).
