Reports
These are some of the sample reports that the system can provide. Note: many more statistics can be provided, according to the need of each institution.
Comparing Individual Students
Did you ever have problems with monitoring individual students’ progress during a certain time period? Are parents requesting to know why their child’s grades are bad? It can all be monitored through our system and explanation is provided through these reports. As it can be seen in this example chart, each student’s performance is carefully archived and can be compared later.
Grade Breakdown
Pie charts are a commonly used tool for graphic visualization of grade breakdowns in the system. In this manner, each grade has its representation in the whole picture.
Success Ratio Comparison
Charts can also be a useful way of categorizing questions – in case professors are unsure whether the question is a hard or medium difficulty one, they can always check the ratio of correct/incorrect answers as well as the percentage of students who did not answer the question at all.
Single Student Report
This type of charts can be used in official student ending reports. It can show how well did a student perform and how many ups and downs they had at a certain time period. Also, it might be available on the school’s website for students and parents to review at any moment. The report types are different based on the time period (per day, per week, per month, per test, per year, etc.).
Student Progress
Tests that prepare students to certain college entrance exams are extremely important. They are crucial, because they tend to be an important point in students’ lives. Their whole life might depend on which college they go to. This chart type is able to show how a certain group of students makes progress by splitting questions on certain categories, and monitoring the performance at a certain time period.
Student to Average Score Comparison
Average performance is something each statistic must have. However, we took it to the next level and made it possible to compare student(s) to average performance. This average performance can be set on different levels: class, school, county, etc. It is even possible to pick students from different classes and make them into a group of their own, in order to track progress.
Comparing Years =
Educational institutions tend to keep extremely spacious archives containing different statistics. One of the most important ones is the average student grade based on all subjects. This provides insight into the behaviour of student grades over the years, and shows if the program needs to be improved.
Comparing Question Occurrence with Percentage of Correct Answers
The YouTestMe system has two very important statistics: “Success ratio” and “Question occurrence”. “Success ratio” represents the percentage of correct answers a question had. “Question occurrence” represents in how many unique tests a question appeared. By combining these two, it is possible to see which question had the biggest impact in the test. This chart type provides more precise insight into both of these parameters.
