Role Overview:
YouTestMe is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Leader to take full responsibility and leadership over our B2B and B2G marketing and sales activities. We are looking for someone who can plan strategically but also be actively involved in the execution of marketing and sales initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will drive the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing and sales strategies to achieve our goals. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team while being hands-on across all areas of marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Take ownership of our marketing initiatives, including enhancing website content, SEO, running referral website campaigns, executing backlinks campaigns, creating commercial blogs and articles, developing use cases, orchestrating testimonials campaigns, driving recommendations campaigns, managing reviews on referral websites, handling tenders, fostering partnerships, crafting newsletters, and conducting competition research.
- Implement top-of-the-funnel and middle-of-the-funnel automations to streamline lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Utilize tools such as Pipedrive, SourceForge, LinkedIn Navigator, and Apollo to effectively manage and track marketing efforts.
- Lead B2B negotiations and craft executive-level proposals to showcase our value proposition and secure deals.
- Analyze past processes and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Provide suggestions and scenarios on how to achieve our sales goals, focusing on credibility, well-organized quality information, and competitive advantages.
- Lead the implementation of approved strategies independently or by directly managing the team to ensure successful execution.
Sales:
- Drive revenue growth through effective B2B and B2G sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and maximize lead conversion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Hold meetings with clients across the globe in dedicated time of their choice (US, Canada, AUS) and engage in intensive negotiations when required.
- Develop and update team procedures, trainings, and analyses to enable junior team members to make better progress and maximize productivity.
Team Management:
- Update and write strict team procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in marketing and sales activities.
- Develop training programs and manage the team through automated processes to streamline operations and maximize performance.
- Maintain the team at a high level of performance, balanced workload, and maximum productivity.
- Organize and optimize our infrastructure to accommodate new team members and ensure smooth operation during team changes.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
