Do you have a cloud version?
Yes, a cloud version is an implementation option.

What is the pricing model?
Depending on the number of services provided, the pricing model varies. The price of the basic model – just the application – varies depending on the number of users. Consult the pricing list document for details.

What is included in the price?
The basic price model includes a product in a Virtual Machine with appropriate documentation and email support with a maximum of 4 hour response time during workdays.

What is not included in the price?
The price does not include the Oracle licence for a database. It is paid separately in a one-time fee and the price varies depending on the database size.

Is it possible to use other database types? (Microsoft SQL, Postgresql...)
No, only Oracle database is compatible with YouTestMe products. However, you will receive a discount, if you purchase via Malloc Inc since the company is a certified Oracle Silver Partner.

How do I get and install the application?
There are two ways to install the application. In the first way, the application comes in a virtual machine package. To install the application you will need either Virtual Box or Work Station to put the virtual machine in. Consult our implementation guide for step by step procedure. The second way is to host the application in the Malloc Data Centre, in which case no installation is necessary, however it would be necessary to pay for hosting services this way.

How big is the file to be downloaded?
It is 10 Gigabytes in size.

Do you have any documentation, like a product description with main features to send me?
Yes, we have a standard document package for every client. It is included in the introduction email, and we will make sure to send all appropriate documentation regarding the product. These include User Manual, Implementation Manual, Product Description and several more.

How does your application compare to other similar products?
Our application is using state-of-the-art Oracle technologies and innovative tools in its modules. Our pricing is among the most competitive in the business, as you can see in our Pricing list.

Which platforms are supported?
Since it is a web-based application, users can access it via any device with a web browser (optimized for mobile platforms as well). There is an Android application as well, and iOS version is currently in plans.

What about support?
We provide three levels of support – Basic, Advanced and Premium. Basic support is free and includes the documentation and email support during the business hours on workdays. Advanced support also includes the video chat and customizable grading systems. The premium level of support also includes the telephone call support and one or more personal administrators. An extra service also includes the entering and management of data in the purchased product.

Can the application be branded with our logo?
Yes, the minor customization options such as logo and color changing are free. Any kind of larger customization can be discussed and implemented.

Do you do customization of the application?
Yes, however, in terms of the length and size of the customization process, it is paid accordingly. The minor customization processes (logo change, color change) usually take 1-3 days. The more complex ones, such as a complete feature overhaul may take 1-3 months.

What is the process if we need something customized for us?
First, it is necessary to discuss the requests, define the phases, segments and the deadlines. These are variable depending on the size and length of the customization.

Is your application an LMS or something else?
All of our products have certain LMS features but is more focused on the testing process. It is more of a TMS – Testing Management System or KTMS – Knowledge Testing Management System.

Can your application be integrated with LMS systems?
Depending on the technologies that LMS is utilizing, it might be possible.

How many concurrent users application can support?
The application can support a nearly unlimited number of users.

How many users in total application can support?
The number of users is unlimited – as much as the purchased Oracle database can support. More precisely, it depends on the size.

What kind of maintenance is included in the price?
Regular updates, critical hotfixes and email support in business hours during the workdays.

What is the procedure to get the patches?
There are two ways in which you can receive the patches: online by using the system tool within the application itself; or offline – via an external drive.

How many current installations do you have (how many clients)?
Currently one – The “John Naisbitt” University but we will implement the YouTestMe – Classroom2020 application in the Mathematical High School in Belgrade.

How long have you been in business?
The YouTestMe project was incepted in 2012. Malloc Inc. has been in business for over 20 years, working with a number of major Fortune 500 companies: Oracle, Citibank, Rogers bank, Nesbitt-Burns, and more.

Where can I find training materials?
Our wiki.youtestme.com site will provide you with a lot of training documents, and you can check our YouTube page for video tutorials. All of the necessary training documentation and video tutorials in English are provided with product purchase.

Do you provide training?
Yes, we provide several types of training – personal administrators, telephone/Skype sessions, or presentations. These services are paid separately. It is important to mention that every client gets the proper documentation and video tutorials for starters.

How often will you have a new release of the software?
We will issue new releases on a yearly basis, approximately.

Where can I see the license agreement?
We will send you a copy of the license agreement, or you can download it from our wiki site.

That depends on the number of users involved, the customization issues and if it’s a hosted or cloud version. It would be necessary to tailor a custom price according to these parameters.

How much of the branding is included in the price?
Only minor changes in the product interface, such as color and logo change.

Can you handle any special requests?
Yes, Malloc Inc. is always ready to discuss all special requests and come up with an appropriate solution.

Can you develop new systems from scratch?
Yes, that is also an option – we can both design and develop completely new systems from scratch.

What is your advantage when compared to others?
While other software is focused on the quality of the content provided, we at Malloc Inc. are more intent on creating testing platforms with tools for automating and simplifying the knowledge evaluation process, enabling users a better testing experience.

How much time does the customization process usually take?
That depends on the scale of the customization. Minor customizations are performed within a day. In case of a complete application overhaul, it can take up to three months.
