Application specialist Roles such as Sales Associate, Marketing Specialist, QA specialist, and Development Coordinator assume that a person becomes an Application Specialist first and then acquires additional skills and knowledge to do Sales, Marketing, QA, Development coordination, and business improvements.

Training consist of active tasks:

  1. complete complex tasks in the application

  3. improve YouTestMe website, wiki, golden copy (procedures, manuals, demo application)

  5. attend at least 5 meetings with clients as an assistant taking meeting minutes and providing meeting analysis
